Over the past 7 years, I have art directed a series of storytelling photoshoots featuring small business owners across a broad range of industries. SMBs are the main target audience of Vistaprint, and an often underestimated but huge part of our economy.
The main goal was to portray the owners and their staff through intimate, warm imagery, showing their pride of a ‘job well done’, but also touching upon their struggles during challenging times and the limitations of the pandemic.
Often coupled alongside with product placement shots, these images are being used across all global marketing-, advertising- and social campaigns, and as part of a Vistaprint’s “Ideas and advice” web section, along with interviews.
